Merry Moose
Barrel Aged Stout | An imperial stout aged in a rum barrel with nutmeg, ginger and cinnamon.
Mountie Moose
Barrel Aged Stout | Let’s be honest, what could possibly be more Canadian than maple syrup and whisky? Hockey, yes, but we didn’t want to add in a hockey puck. Aged in a maple syrup barrel that once help rye whisky, this imperial stout has the best of both worlds: a slight sweetness from the maple syrup and notes of caramel and vanilla with a slight spice from the whisky. With this kind of big Canadian flavor we thought it only apt to name it after Canada’s most recognizable men in uniform.
Muerta Moose
Barrel Aged Stout | Mole inspired barrel aged stout; habaneros and chilis add a spiciness whilst the chocolate and Mexican vanilla beans add a slight sweetness which helps to balance out the heat and also smooths the beer out.
Naughty or Nice
Holiday Ale | Sometimes you need a little naughty and nice behavior to get you through the holidays. This collaboration with Wandering Bard Meadery takes that same idea and gets it into your pint glass. Old Money Moose
Barrel Aged Stout | The inspiration for this imperial stout is two fold: Times Square, Manhattan, a place where a massive party is held to bring in the new year. Conjointly the name of an absolutely delicious cocktail. Here at Pangaea, we are big proponents of togetherness, and what better way to bring in the new year than enjoying our take on a Manhattan? Aged in a Six and twenty Old Money Whiskey barrel, we added in orange blossom honey to smooth out the flavor, and fresh citrus pop. As always, enjoy this beer as you and your family and friends rein in the New Year.
Pompeii Pilsner

Lattes, iced coffees, breads, bagels you name it and people simply cannot get enough, that’s why here at Pangaea we made a pumpkin spiced beer to appease the fall spirited people of the world. Jam Sesh
Strawberry and Rhubarb Sour | Phish, Umphrey’s McGee, The String Cheese Incident, The Grateful Dead all together in one massive jam sesh would still only be the second greatest jam session of all time after what you have in your very hands. In this can we have a sour that has been dosed with strawberry and rhubarb which is quite literally the equivalent of Jerry Garcia and Trey Anastasio absolutely ‘noodlin’ together on their guitars. The sweetness of the strawberries and the tartness from the rhubarb come together in a cohesive blend that is simply sweet, tart, and delicious.
Little Lad
Blackberry and Cream Gose | We love berries and we love cream. Berries and cream, berries and cream. But we also love a Gose so we created our Little Lad, a blackberry and cream flavored Gose. If this beer doesn’t make you dance, we don’t know what will.

With this “Stone Cold” beer that is the exact feeling we tried to recreate; absolute dominance. The cryo hops we used create an incredible amount of flavor whilst smoothing the beer out creating an absolutely crushable beer. We had champagne on the brain when we brewed this dry highly carbonated IPA. Brewed with a super clean malt profile and a slight amount of juice for a complex malt back bone and dropped heavily with Pacifica, Ekuanot, Ella and Amarillo hops. A heavy amount of carbonation makes this 7.5% ipa surprisingly light and drinkable.

Using our traditional Gose as a base, we added in nearly 140lbs of sweet-dark cherries to make our ‘Cherry Go-Round’ fruited Gose. They toss trash anywhere they please because ‘someone else will pick it up’, go out and have a few alcoholic refreshments and turn into a sloppy drunk mess, the guy you actively avoid when you see him in a room, yeah THAT guy. Luckily, with this tasty delicious session IPA packed full of flavorful hops you can take it easy and not be that guy.

Sit back, turn on some quality jams, crack open this beer, and you’re guaranteed to have a Quality Time.
Scuffler’s Paradise
Traditional Gose | For this collab with Scuffletown Food Truck Park we decided to try our hand at a traditional Gose. The inspiration for this came from the owner of Scuffletown’s time spent stationed in Germany, where he enjoyed a number of their delicious libations. This traditional Gose has aromas of malt and coriander while the taste is a delicate balance of malty sweetness and sea salt.
